Who Are We?
The Awakening Bell is a podcast about Thich Nhat Hanh’s teachings, where you can get insights on the art of mindful living and cultivate the mind of awakening. It’s an extension of the Mindfulness Bell magazine (Plum Village’s official publication) and Wake Up International, a movement for young people launched by Thich Nhat Hanh in the summer of 2008.
